How to connect your PC to a TV?

For connecting a PC to a TV, use WiDi adapter. This adapter comes with the 2nd generation Intel® Core™ processor running Windows* 7. Wirelessely beam movies, TV shows, web videos ,photos etc from your PC can be connected to a TV using  this adapter. Also need a HDMI or RCA cable. We  need to attach the WiDi adapter to attach TV through  the HDMI or RCA cable, then launch WiDi on your PC. Select the adapter on the interface, and choose your favorite home, Internet, blockbuster videos, or photos. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy the show .Have a great time.
WiDi(Wireless Display) technology is  introduced  by Intel, an app which  wirelessly connect a compatible computer to a compatible TV or through the use of an adapter with other TVs. Intel WiDi supports HD 1080p video quality, 5.1 surround sound, and low latency for interacting with applications that are sent to the TV from a PC.Using the WiDi Widget users can perform different functions simultaneously on their PC and TV such as checking email on the PC while streaming a movie to the TV from the same device.

Using a WiDi adapter we can use your PC for different purpose i.e. multitasking. We can use the same PC for different purpose. First version of WiDi has some problem. In order to reduce that WiDi 2 has developed with some advanced feature.WiDi 2 corrects some, but not all, of these problems. The first and most compelling improvement is support for a 1,920-by-1,080 resolution on the HDTV, and hence, 1080p video playback. But in order to take advantage of this, you will need to buy a new Net gear receiver (new model name is still to be announced) and a laptop based on Sandy Bridge or the next-generation Core processors.
